The 451 Group Impact Report - Conformity

The 451 Group recently initiated coverage of Conformity with its Impact Report titled 'Conformity slips the covers off its SaaS user management platform'.  Authored by Steve Coplan of the 451 Group's Enterprise Security Practice, the five page report provides perspectives on our solution, technology and overall market opportunity.

Conformity to Present at SaaS University - Chicago

We're excited to announce that Conformity will be presenting at Softletter's SaaS University - Chicago, June 30 - July 2. SaaS University is a conference for SaaS vendor executives, and includes sessions on SaaS pricing, sales compensation, business models, infrastructure, best practices, evolving standards and more.  We'll be speaking on the second day of the event on the topic of 'Smoothing the Bumpy Road: Helping Your Customers Deal with SaaS Disruption'.  If you're interested in attending the event please register here and use the promotional code CONFORMITY150 to receive $150 discount on your registration.

Enterprise-Class SaaS Provisioning

As we engage enterprise IT teams, we continue to explore the gap between existing provisioning options and SaaS deployments. Enterprise customers are caught between the promise of cloud and SaaS solutions and the impact of this adoption on their already stretched teams and processes.

In our new white paper titled 'Enterprise-Class SaaS Provisioning', we describe the management challenges organizations face in adopting SaaS applications and explain why IT groups struggle to utilize existing options for federating on-demand environments.

The SaaS Industry, APIs and Standards

Here at Conformity we see a broad range of SaaS vendor API maturity, with some vendors offering web services APIs to most of their data objects, and others offering literally no access whatsoever.  With CIOs and IT teams becoming more involved in deployment and management of SaaS applications, vendors will need to evolve and advance their APIs and management access to meet enterprise expectations, and for SaaS to truly go mainstream in the enterprise.

Read about our perspectives on this and other topics related to management of on-demand environments at our blog on SaaS Management.
