Conformity Appoints Initial Advisory Board
Austin, TX – March 18, 2008 – Conformity, creators of the first solution that enables organizations to centrally manage and control user access to software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, today named the initial members of its advisory board. Conformity selected the members of the board based on their range of expertise and experience in the areas of identity management, systems management and SaaS.

Kevin Cunningham
Kevin Cunningham currently oversees product development, marketing, sales and services at SailPoint, a leading vendor of identity risk management solutions. He previously was founder and served as vice president of marketing for Waveset, an industry pioneer that led the development of the identity management software space. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems, Kevin led strategic positioning initiatives for Sun’s software portfolio. A seasoned industry veteran, Kevin has also brought innovative technologies to market for companies including UniSQL and IBM/Tivoli Systems.
Jay Gardner
Jay Gardner is a 29-year veteran of the technology industry with executive positions at market leaders IBM Corp. and BMC Software. Jay held several executive roles at BMC, where he worked from 1988 through the end of 2006. With BMC, Jay held positions as vice president of sales of North America, vice president of Global Field Operations, vice president of Corporate Operations and Chief Information Officer. He also launched the company’s On Demand business, which focused on delivering “software as a service”. Before joining BMC, Jay worked for 10 years at IBM in various sales and sales management positions. He has also been recognized within the information technology community for his team’s successful initiatives and has served as a featured speaker for leading industry conferences. He was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Gartner Group CIO Choice Award and honored as a 2003 Premier 100 IT Leader by IDG’s Computerworld.
Marc Yagjian
Marc Yagjian has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry. His career includes eight years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in three successful technology start-ups. Most notably, Yagjian was as a co-founder of Tivoli Systems, which was sold to IBM for $743 million in 1996. Prior to Origin Partners, he gained seven years of institutional venture capital experience with Hillman Ventures and Austin Ventures. Mr. Yagjian began his career in the technology industry at AT&T Bell Laboratories where he was involved with the design, deployment, and operation of public data communications networks.
