Field Technical Support


This highly visible and strategic role will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales customer support role supporting Conformity’s SaaS management solutions. Candidates should have a working knowledge and the ability to demonstrate applications using MicroSoft’s Active Directory, LDAP, and other IT identity sources. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of provisioning and de-provisioning of users in an enterprise environment. Candidates should have a working knowledge of one or more of the major SaaS applications (such as SalesForce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.). Candidates who have an understanding or experience with IT auditing are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide per-sales technical support for Conformity’s Regional Sales team.
  • Provide post-sales technical support by managing the “stand-up” of Conformity’s application in the customer’s environment.
  • Foster a fun, collaborative performance-based culture that provides motivation and celebrates success.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve the messaging, positioning and definition of Conformity’s SaaS management platform.

Skills and Experience:

  • BS or BA degree required.
  • 5-10 years field technical experience, with significant customer interaction both on a pre-sales and post-sales basis.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation skills with solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, campaign management and social networking tools.
  • Prior technical experience at a major SaaS vendor preferred.
  • Experience with IT auditing preferred.
