Michael Amend

Director – Enterprise Architecture, Dell Inc.
Michael Amend is Director of Enterprise Architecture with responsibility for strategy, architecture, development and operations of Dell’s middleware platforms. This world-class EA practice pioneers and drives transformation and innovation providing disruptively great value to customers and Dell.  Prior to joining Dell, Michael served as Deputy CTO of BEA Systems, a leading provider of enterprise application and service infrastructure solutions which was acquired by Oracle in April of 2008.  Mr. Amend has also held a variety of other senior leadership positions, including Chief Architect for one the largest global telecommunications providers.  Michael is a recognized international speaker on emerging technologies, corporate and executive advisor as well as author of multiple open industry standards and specifications.

Kevin Cunningham

President & Founder, SailPoint
Kevin currently oversees product development, marketing, sales and services at SailPoint, a leading vendor of identity risk management solutions. He previously was founder and served as vice president of marketing for Waveset, an industry pioneer that led the development of the identity management software space. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems, Kevin led strategic positioning initiatives for Sun’s software portfolio. A seasoned industry veteran, Kevin has also brought innovative technologies to market for companies including UniSQL and IBM/Tivoli Systems.

Elizabeth Davis

Managing Director, Growth Acceleration Partners
Elizabeth brings over 25 years of Entrepreneurial expertise in the high-tech and professional services sectors, and at Growth Acceleration Partners focuses on providing management consulting services to clients seeking to accelerate revenue and margin growth. Elizabeth was the Founder and CEO of QuickArrow, an Austin-based provider of On-Demand applications for consulting and professional services companies which was an early pioneer in the SaaS software segment. She led the company from self-funded start-up through Angel investment and three rounds of funding totaling $21M to profitability, and now serves on the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to QuickArrow, she managed and grew professional services practices at Compucom and Paranet, which was purchased by Sprint. Her early start-up experience included Ten X Technology which focused on hardware based computer products.

Douglas Harr

Consulting Partner, The StrataFusion Group, Inc.

Doug Harr serves as a consulting partner with The StrataFusion Group, Inc., which specializes in interim executive (CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, CXO) staffing and strategic consulting and leadership to support the business.  Doug brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience both as an executive-level technology practitioner and in senior leadership roles for professional services organizations. He also serves on several advisory boards for emerging technology companies.

Prior to StrataFusion, Doug was CIO at Ingres Corporation, a leading open source database company, and focused there on building and deploying a 100% SaaS and cloud based IT application portfolio  Prior to the CIO position at Ingres, Doug was held the same role at Portal Software, Inc.  Doug has been busy since the turn of the millennium practicing and espousing this strategy.

Prior to these , Doug was Sr. Vice President for Core Technology Group, and FutureNext, Inc. leading consulting practices dedicated to deploying ASK, J.D. Edwards, Oracle, and custom applications to businesses in various industries.   Originally Doug began his career in IT as a programmer and data center manager.

Doug holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Computer Science (MIS) minor from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  He is also a member of the Consortium for Information System Executives (CISE), group, and is a guest lecturer at Cal Berkeley and State University system MBA programs, seminars and conferences.  Doug is published in the book “CIO Perspectives” and in numerous publications including CIO Magazine, InfoWeek, Forbes.com.

Marc Yagjian

Managing Director, Origin Partners
Marc has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry. His career includes eight years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in three successful technology start-ups. Most notably, Yagjian was as a co-founder of Tivoli Systems, which was sold to IBM for $743 million in 1996. Prior to Origin Partners, he gained seven years of institutional venture capital experience with Hillman Ventures and Austin Ventures. Mr. Yagjian began his career in the technology industry at AT&T Bell Laboratories where he was involved with the design, deployment, and operation of public data communications networks.
